Description

This package lays the foundation for individuals to build new patterns of behavior. Together, we will achieve short-term goals, build mid-term and longer-term goals and establish actionable steps to navigate the journey to achieving them, developing skills and acquiring tools all along the way!

$699 per month for 3 Months

Program Includes:

• 11 One hour Sessions + Email Support (up to 3 emails per week)
• Our Suggested Session Flow
  • First 2 weeks – meet two times per week
  • Next 4 weeks, meet once per week
  • Following 6 weeks – meet once every 2 weeks
